Coaching Application
Apply to coach with the Reign for the 2025-2026 season.

Recreational 'C' Head Coach & Assistant Coaches and Competitive Assistant Coaches- August 4th, 2025 (BC Day)
As you may know, coaching is a rewarding experience. Coaches play a vital role in building the skills and confidence of the players.
We are actively seeking assistant coaches for our competitive teams and both head coaches and assistant coaches for our recreational teams.
If you wish to be considered for one of these coaching roles with the Reign, follow these steps:

- Click here to find out what BC Hockey certifications you need
- Set up your My Account in Spordle here and track your BC Hockey Coaches qualifications
Information on the coach selection process will be available closer to the start of the season however you are encouraged to apply early to make sure you have all the certifications and qualifications required for the level you are interested in.

2025-26 HOCKEY CANADA/NCCP COACHING CLINICS OPEN FOR REGISTRATION
Delivered Virtually via the Hockey Canada Learning Lab:
Hockey Canada Coach 1: (For U7 and U9 coaches)
- Within this clinic, coaches are to complete the specific age group modules (U7, U9) of the category of play they are coaching.
Hockey Canada Coach 2: (For U11 and U13 - U21 recreational level coaches)
- Within this clinic, coaches are to complete the specific age group modules (U11, U13) of the category of play they are coaching.
Development 1 Part 1: (for competitive level coaches)
- Development 1 is split into two parts. Part 1 delivered online via the Learning Lab while Part 2 is delivered in-person. Both must be attended to achieve "Trained" status.
- Delegates must attend Part 1 before attending Part 2.
- Part 2 will be available between September and December.
